A Vernon local, now an East Hill neighbour
I was raised in the Okanagan and have called Vernon home for 49 years. My two daughters were born and raised here too. In 2023 I moved into East Hill, and it’s the neighbourhood I now know best: the streets, the homes, the views and the people.
23 years of Vernon real estate
This is my 23rd year selling real estate in Vernon. Over that time I’ve worked in almost every part of the business, including residential, commercial, farms and ranches, and building and development. I bought my first house at 23, and I’ve built or renovated more than seven homes myself. That hands-on experience matters in East Hill, where so many homes are older character properties. I can walk a home with you and tell you what’s a weekend fix and what’s a real problem.

The Jonesapalooza guy
Plenty of people in Vernon know me from Jonesapalooza, the big summer fundraiser I hosted at my home on Dixon Dam Road. It had live music, food trucks, a huge crowd and money raised for charity. The last one, in 2023, raised just over $2,800 for The Emily Dahl Foundation. I’m proud of it, and it says a lot about how I work: show up, bring people together and give back.
